Fightmeta is a trademarked brand in the UK, which is owned and operated by it's owner (who is also referred to as "Fightmeta" or "We" in this 'Terms of Service' document, unless specified otherwise).
Your use of the Service is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document (the "Terms of Service"). The Terms of Service applies to all users of the Service.
1. Update to Terms of Service. We may, in our sole discretion, modify the Terms of Service. The “Last Updated” date at the bottom of the Terms of Service indicates when the latest modifications were made to the Terms of Service. By continuing to access and use the Service on this website, you agree to any such modifications, hence, you are responsible for reviewing and should become familiar with any such modifications. You are encouraged to review this Terms of Service periodically and to check the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms of Service for the most recent version.
2. Service Access & Availability. Access to the Service, or the Service itself may be modified, updated, interrupted, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice or liability to yourself, or any third-party. This means that Fightmeta holds the right to modify the contents of the online video courses and the way in which these online video courses are accessed by all users that have created an account on www.fightmeta.co.uk, without notice or liability. Fightmeta has complete control over which online video courses are available on the Website and may make certain courses (in their entirety), or certain videos within the courses unavailable to all Users of the Service. Fightmeta may also cancel the monthly subscription of any user without any notice or liability, thus restricting and/or limiting their access to the Service (Refunds will only be issued out fairly, on a case-by-case basis, where appropriate). Fightmeta may also discontinue the Service completely without notice, or liability, to yourself or to a third-party.
3. Age and Personal Information. The Service is only intended for adults, those above the age of 18. By creating an account on this Website, you agree that you are of, or above the age of 18. You also agree that all information provided at the time of creating your account is true to your knowledge.
4. Use of the Service. Any video content that is part of the Service must not be screen-recorded, pirated, or shared in any way with third parties. You must also agree to keep the log-in credentials of your Website account private. These log-in credentials must not be shared with other parties, as the use of one user account on this Website is strictly limited to one identifiable user/person.
5. Content. Your use of the content/instructions/training that is included in the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is for instructional purposes only. All athletic endeavours, physical sports such as martial arts - or self defence activities carry inherent risk. Fightmeta is not liable or responsible for any injury to you, to any other person or to any property. By consuming the content from the Service, you agree to release Fightmeta from any and all claims and liability related to your use of the content that is included within the Service. Fightmeta does not take responsibility for the teaching of the techniques, or the mechanics of the techniques themselves, that are demonstrated by the individuals performing the techniques (The "Coaches") in the Service. Fightmeta is not responsible for what these Coaches say, do, encourage, or demonstrate in the instructional videos in the Service. Fightmeta always encourages it's users to prioritise their own and others' safety in all situations.
6. Intellectual Property. You acknowledge that all instructional videos with Fightmeta's logo on them that are included in the Service are copyrighted and owned by Fightmeta. The ownership of these instructional videos is not transferred in any case to the subscribers of the Service. Similarly, those who enroll onto/purchase access to any standalone material (including video courses, downloadable material, live events, etc) that are available on the Website, are given a personal license to use the material that they have purchased for non-commercial purposes. The ownership of all material that is free, or for sale on the Website remains with Fightmeta. Users of the Website who are subscribers, or users of the Service are only given access to view the instructional videos for the duration of their subscription. Additionally, all rights to Materials, or any 'Marks' (logos, etc) not expressly granted in these Terms of Service are reserved to their respective copyright owners. This can include company logos, products, property, or any other material that is shown in the Service and anywhere on the Website.
7. Public relations & Interrelations. You acknowledge that the Website and Fightmeta (as a brand) does not associate itself with any companies whose products, or marks have been shown, unless stated otherwise on the Website. However, Fightmeta (as a brand) aims to maintain a good relationship with all organisations (Companies included), as well as with any groups and members of the public.
8. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
9. Refunds. You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days, which starts the day after you enroll onto a membership/subscription (for the very first time) that is provided on this Website. You are entitled to a refund within this cooling-off period, given that you have not accessed any of the video material (User activity is tracked), i.e. you should not have viewed any of the content. For any refunds, please contact [email protected] with your order number. Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and you will be refunded as soon as possible, where appropriate. Please note that you are responsible for tracking all your subscriptions. Consequently, any payment taken from your preferred payment method as a result of your mismanagement will not be refunded (e.g. forgetting to unsubscribe is not a valid reason for a refund), therefore we encourage all our users to track their Fightmeta subscriptions effectively.
10. Update to prices. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification to the pricing model that we use, price change, suspension or discontinuation of any courses that are included in the Service.
11. General Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
With the exception of credit card information which is always encrypted during transfer over networks, you understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, Services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Fightmeta and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
15. Severability. In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision will nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
16. Termination. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date will survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
